The prosecutor has brought four charges against him. If convicted, he faces up to ten years in prison. The charges relate to sex and drug offences and failure to help a person who collapsed after taking too many erectile dysfunction pills.
Last year, the bishop of the diocese of Sosnowiec was forced to resign. The Vatican may have taken the opportunity to get rid of him because he was "too Catholic" for Francis.

I think if you follow the trail, you will find that all those perverts Bergoglio has promoted have been know to him when he was in Argentina. It is possible that those promotions are part of a perverted form of "omerta", where the mafia would place as officers men who had many skeletons that the don could use as blackmail.
