#Iran#USA Verpasse nichts! Israel’s UN envoy flaunts Zionists’ disregard for humanitarian norms Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, doubles down on threats, urging Iran to take Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu at their word, and boasting they’ve already proven they can hit “any target” inside Iran. Danon nonchalantly declares that the Zionists “have the legitimacy to target civilian sites in Iran.” It’s a waiting game, he shrugs, as “now we have to wait, whether we continue to play the game with the Strait of Hormuz.” US-Israel-Iran war | @geopolitics_prime
message. It's especially important this Easter, as the war against Iran and in Ukraine have not ended. ... Brothers and sisters, through his resurrection, the Lord confronts us even more powerfully with the dramatic reality of our freedom. Before the empty tomb, we can be filled with hope and wonder, like the disciples, or with fear like the guards and the Pharisees, forced to resort to lies and subterfuge rather than acknowledge that the one who had been condemned is truly risen! In the light of Easter, let us allow ourselves to be amazed by Christ! Let us allow our hearts to be transformed by his immense love for us! Let those who have weapons lay them down! Let those who have the power to unleash wars choose peace! Not a peace imposed by force, but through dialogue! Not with the desire to dominate others, but to encounter them!We are growing accustomed to violence, resigning ourselves to it, and becoming indifferent. Indifferent to the deaths of thousands of people. Indifferent to the …
[Saint Catharine of Genoa – XV-XVI Century AD; Genoa, Republic of Genoa/ Genoa, Republic of Genoa; Aged 62-63; mystic, known for her work among the sick and the poor] Verses from Imitation ~ Thomas A Kempis Trust not in thy friends and neighbors, and put not oft thy soul's welfare till the future ; for men will forget thee sooner than thou thinkest. It is better to provide now in time and send some good before thee than to trust to the assistance of others after death. If thou art not solicitous for thyself now, who will be solicitous for thee hereafter. Did'st thou also well ponder in thy heart the future pains of hell or Purgatory, methinks thou would'st bear willingly labor and sorrow and fear no kind of austerity. Who will remember thee when thou art dead ? and who will pray for thee ? Now thy labor is profitable, thy tears are acceptable, thy groans are heard, thy sorrow is satisfying and purifieth the soul. The patient man hath a great and wholesome purgatory. Better is it to …More

Hundreds of empty seats during Leo XIV’s Easter Vigil: Matt Butorac, a Catholic pilgrimage guide, reported on X that there were “hundreds of empty seats” during the Easter Vigil at St Peter’s Basilica. The screenshots, taken from a video he shared for "those claiming it was not empty", show the basilica during the baptisms. Butorac attributes this to ticketing issues and disorganised queues. However, shortly before the Eucharist began, entry was permitted without tickets and everyone was able to enter.

IS THE CATHOLIC CHURCH DIVIDED? (and is Division so Bad?) fr.williamnicholas Fr. Bill addresses divisions within the Catholic Church - why some divisions can be bad, and why some are good for the Church as a whole. Given that Jesus appointed 12 Apostles instead of just 1, could this be what Jesus intended for a Church that is meant to spread throughout the world?

«Many times it seems that God does not exist: we see injustice, wickedness, indifference and cruelty that do not diminish. But it is equally certain that in the midst of darkness something new always begins to blossom that sooner or later bears fruit” Leo XIV in the Holy Mass of Easter
"Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus by St. Gertrude the Great O Sacred Heart of Jesus, fountain of eternal life, Your Heart is a glowing furnace of Love. You are my refuge and my sanctuary. Let my will be conformed to Yours in all things. May Your Will be the rule of all my desires and actions."

Many dioceses across Europe, North America, and Asia have seen significant increases in Catholic baptisms and conversions this Easter. The strange thing is that anti-Catholic media including New York Times, Washington Post or CNN advertised this trend. The most significant increase was reported in France, where 21,386 catechumens were baptized during the Easter Vigil. The total included more than 13,000 adults and over 8,000 adolescents, marking the highest figure ever recorded in the country. Outside Europe, large numbers were also reported in parts of Asia. In Hong Kong, approximately 2,500 catechumens were baptized, while Singapore reported 1,089 catechumens entering the Church. In North America, several major dioceses published substantial baptism figures. The Archdiocese of Toronto reported 1,584 catechumens, while Vancouver recorded around 650 catechumens. In the United States, diocesan figures included approximately 900 catechumens in Richmond (Virginia), more than 680 in …More
