@English Catholic So glad to know we are compatriots regarding Fatima and the TLM! I'm very devoted to Our Lady of Fatima and dearly love pilgrimaging there. A great privilege. I've not been since covid hit. Praying to be able to go back soon! I get so upset about what has happened to the Fatima Shrine. Our Lady constantly reminds me that She and Her Son see all - and know all - and They've got this!

There are so many people who see what has happened at Fatima that way. Right after the new Basilica was finished, I happened to be in the local Post Office and a peasant Portuguese woman was in tears. I went over to see if I I could help. She told me she, along with so many others, had contributed their hard earned money to help build this place - and that she had spent the little money she had to travel there with her grandchildren to see it. She was in tears over the horror of what she saw - it's ugliness and offense to Our Lady of Fatima was so disturbing to her. I'll never forget that. The blasphemy of invoking a demon after what is being called a miracle in the failed assassination attempt on DJ Trump, which can only be attributed to Our Lord Jesus Christ - if this is a miracle - since God the Father has placed all authority in heaven and earth in His Hands MT 28:18, is shocking and totally unacceptable. Many speakers at the RNC also invoked Our Lord Jesus Christ as well and spoke of Christian principles by name. We are called to be a leaven by using every means at our disposal to reverse the tide and current of our society here in the United States, even when we can only do so incrementally. We live in the midst of a sinful mankind, but that does not mean we can foolishly stop fighting with every possible means.
