The Instituto Teológico a Distancia (ITD) has a new director following José ("Josete") Castro Cea's departure. On 30 January, ElConfidencialDigital.com reported that Cardinal José Cobo, the pro-homosexual Archbishop of Madrid, had appointed José Ángel Agejas Esteban, a layman, to the post. Josete was removed as director of the Institute and dismissed as parish priest of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar in Madrid.
