A village of 150 people in Corsica has raised €1.1 million to help restore the Caccia convent in Castifao, Haute-Corse. The 16 century site has been closed to the public since 2021 due to serious disrepair. The state's contribution was relatively small. The restoration will be funded by the Collectivité de Corse (80%), the French state (10%), and donations from residents, nearby communities, and private donors. Mayor François Orsini led the project with support from the Fondation du Patrimoine and the Castifau et Moltifau association. Restoration work is expected to begin in early 2026, with the aim of reopening the site to the public.

Would that it was being restored to function for its original purpose! That would be something to celebrate.

Exposed Naked Christ in Austrian Church:
Rev. Hans-Peter Premur, parish priest of Krumpendorf in the Diocese of Gurk-Klagenfurt, Austria, has installed a large baby figure inside his church. The installation is titled “One Child, One Planet, One Chance.”
The figure measures approximately 2.5 meters in length, with a head diameter of about 1 meter. It is unclothed and displays visible genitalia. Outside the church entrance, a sign describes the parish as “accepting and open,” accompanied by a rainbow symbol.
Some local Catholics have criticized the installation, calling the figure a “monster” and describing the project as an example of “megalomania.” The Bishop of the Diocese of Gurk-Klagenfurt is Monsignor Josef Marketz.

🚨 IT'S OVER: Banks Tap Fed for $17 BILLION as Silver Shorts Implode 🚨 While everyone watched silver rip to $79, the real “smoking gun” hit the plumbing: $17B tapped from the NY Fed repo window the Friday after Christmas, an emergency cash grab that screams margin stress + liquidity panic. Add record COMEX delivery demand (63M oz) and you’ve got the setup: paper shorts running out of ammo while physical buyers take the metal. The suppression machine is cracking.

How ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is Opening Doors to the DEMONIC – An Exorcist’s Warning

How ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is Opening Doors to the DEMONIC – An Exorcist’s Warning
EXCERPTS from the article-
A leading Catholic exorcist is sounding the alarm about artificial intelligence, warning that new technologies, from generative AI to voice-mimicking consumer products, are rapidly becoming vectors for occult practice, spiritual deception, and demonic influence.
AI Trained On Occult Material
Father Szada says the evidence is no longer theoretical. At the International Association of Exorcists meeting in Rome this fall, an Italian university professor presented forensic documentation showing that AI systems are already being trained on occult texts and employed in spell-casting by practitioners.

In a December 10 telephone interview with The Dallas Express, Father Szada, a Catholic priest in Pennsylvania with 47 years in ministry and 14 years of experience as an exorcist, said AI is already being weaponized in ways most Church leaders are unprepared to confront.

refer to St Thomas Aquinas on immigration...according to the Saint, one requirement is that the immigrant not change the existing culture. Certain basic beliefs must be the same. Prior immigrants from Italy, Poland, France, etc were from countries/cultures that understood Christendom (granted, often honored in the breach)

“Tina Thompson found a different way to be Catholic,” reads the lede of a sympathetic story in the Kansas City Reflector The heroine of the story had strayed from her Catholic faith, but now announces that she has returned, as a priest. And the reporter takes her seriously, adding that “she is one of hundreds of women Catholic priests around the world.”

Who is going to tell her.

Kansan returns to the Catholic Church as the state's first woman priest • Kansas Reflector

News Story
LAWRENCE — Tina Thompson found a different way to be Catholic.
She was ordained in November as a Roman Catholic Woman Priest, an international group that has tethered itself to the Catholic Church but isn’t officially recognized.
“This is about something so much bigger than me,” Thompson said in an interview on the Kansas Reflector podcast. “This is about women who want to show the world that we are the Roman Catholic Church.”
Thompson said she is the first Roman Catholic Woman Priest in Kansas, but she is one of hundreds of women Catholic priests around the world.
“We are still the church, but we are different in that we open the tent,” Thompson said. “We want everyone to feel like they are welcome.”
The organization’s mission focuses on ordaining mostly women who feel called to priesthood. It is often oriented toward social justice, Thompson said. The organization says its ordinations are valid because they have abided by apostolic succession, which refers to …

🚨 🚨 🚨 FAKE NEWS ALERT! Thank you for your attention.

Phil Lawler: Odd, isn’t it, that a “Catholic priest” would be ordained in a non-Catholic church? There was no bishop on hand, and the Unity Church, as described, does not sound like even an approximation of Catholicism. Since she cannot act as a priest in a Catholic church, how does Thompson plan to serve?

If St. John the Baptist were preaching today...
A Voice Crying Out in the Wasteland of the West
Repent! For the order of God has been cast aside, and the land staggers beneath the weight of its rebellion.
You ask why peace has fled your homes, why authority is mocked, why every bond dissolves into struggle. I tell you plainly: it is because self-will has been enthroned and the order of God despised.
Once, authority flowed downward like living water. God ruled. Christ reigned. The Church taught. Fathers led. Women obeyed their husbands, children learned obedience, and households stood firm. This was not tyranny—it was order. It was not degradation—it was harmony. It was not silence—it was peace.
But when men rejected the highest authority—when the world defied the Church and scorned her crown—every lesser authority soon followed. What began as rebellion against the Vicar of Christ became rebellion against kings, then fathers, then husbands, then any rule at all.

Pope Leo Celebrates his First ‘Bambinelli Sunday’
Pope Leo XIV celebrated his first Bambinelli Sunday by blessing the statues of the Infant Jesus brought by children and families during the Angelus in St. Peter’s Square, continuing the Advent tradition. Greeting young pilgrims, the pope invited them to place the blessed figures in Nativity scenes at home, in schools, and in parish centers, and asked them to remember him in their prayers. In his reflection, Pope Leo pointed to Saint Joseph as a model of mercy, sensitivity, and obedience to God, urging the faithful to live these virtues in the final days of Advent as they prepare for Christmas.

Canadian Human Rights Commission discriminates against Christians

The Canadian Human Rights Commission discriminates against Christians. In 2023, they released a Discussion Paper on Religious Intolerance that shows the bias. Here's what CHRC said under the heading of "Religious intolerance as a form of discrimination in Canada." (Note: all footnotes can be found in the above link.)
Acknowledging that religious intolerance not only exists but results in real harm to people and communities is key to removing barriers in Canada, and to seeing and understanding the disadvantages that many communities suffer. Only through better understanding of how religious intolerance takes place in Canada can our legislation, policies and programs be crafted to address the causes and consequences of this intolerance.
Discrimination against religious minorities in Canada is grounded in Canada's history of colonialism. This history manifests itself in present-day systemic religious discrimination. An obvious example is statutory holidays in Canada. Statutory holidays …

Quaestio
Whether sedevacantism is a heresy.
---
Objectiones
Objection 1.
It seems that sedevacantism is not heresy. For heresy consists in the denial of a revealed dogma, whereas sedevacantists profess all dogmas of the Catholic faith and claim only that certain men were not true popes. Therefore, sedevacantism is not heresy.
Objection 2.
Further, the Church teaches that a heretic cannot be a member of the Church, much less its head. But sedevacantists hold that the claimants to the papacy were heretics. Therefore, they conclude logically that the Roman See is vacant, which does not appear heretical.
Objection 3.
Further, St. Robert Bellarmine teaches that a manifest heretic is ipso facto deposed from ecclesiastical office. Therefore, to assert a vacancy due to heresy seems to follow Catholic doctrine rather than contradict it.
Objection 4.
Further, extraordinary evils may occur in the Church, as during the Arian crisis, when many bishops fell into error. Therefore, it seems possible …بیشتر
