Archbishop Bruno Forte of Chieti-Vasto, Italy, maintains an order that forces the faithful not to receive Holy Communion, but to grasp it with their fingers.
Forte's secretary said in a 12 April memo that the holy water could be reintroduced in churches: "With regard to the distribution of Communion in our archdiocese, the faithful continue to receive the Eucharist in the hand." Forte has no authority to order this.
The ban on Holy Water and reception of Holy Communion began with the Covid hysteria. Interestingly, with the beginning of the Ukrainian war in February 2022, the hysteria disappeared from one day to the other from the propaganda screen of the oligarchs.
Accordingly, the Italian bishops, who naturally had completely bought into the Covid fraud, "allowed" the reception of Communion in April 2022 and officially overcame their Covid panic in May 2023.
Forte, who insists on "obedience" when it comes to defending Francis, disobeyed this decision. He announced in June 2022 and …More

However, TheChurch must provide the means to the Mass that fulfils that obligation. When that does not happen, such as in the early days of The Church, and now when She has been besieged, that obligation can still be fulfilled at home by th individual Faithful. That is a fact. No one can make you participate in the Freemason-approved Protestant worship service. When you know what the Mass is and what the Mass does, you will realize that you can stay at home, give God your entire day and not offend Him by dancing the Nervous Weirdo Cha Cha Cha.

Precisely what I do
"If the faith is in imminent peril, prelates ought to be accused by their subjects, even in public." (St. Thomas Aquinas) I have no fear of doing the above, before finding a Latin Mass to attend, was hoping more people would do the same when abuses occur, sadly, many don't know an abuse when it smacks them in the face.
Many Catholics don't know an abuse when there is one. After 50+ years it has incrementally gotten worse and so many believe these modernist prelates when they say that the Church must move with the times. And we've seen where these 'times' have led us. And the youth today

This 'bishop' is an air head. He knows nothing about canon or liturgical law.
