It sure is. God bless this priest’s mother. In those days, most Catholic women would just keep going to Confession until they found a priest who would tell them the pill was fine. They weren’t hard to find. Of course, they were guilty of soliciting sins against the Sixth Commandment for their erroneous counsel.
