Now for the serious answer. According to Denis Nolan, it's from a 1991, issue of the Vienna publication "Medjugorje Gebetsakion", 3 Quarter, #22, p. 15. Fr Slavko is interviewing Cardinal Ratzinger on August 28, 1991, at a Theological Conference in Austria.
