Mother's Prayer to Saint Rose of Lima

Saint Rose of Lima (1586-1617),
the first saint of the Americas, took the habit of the Third Order of Saint Dominic and remained in the world, supporting her parents and practicing extraordinary penances. Whenever possible, she retired for prayer to a little grotto which she had built. Our Lord revealed Himself to her frequently.
